With a common goal of improving mental health and enhancing self-awareness we will work within the client-counselor relationship to gain insight into thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Wanting to be heard and validated is completely normal in relationships. We ache to be understood by those around us, and with that comes fear of being vulnerable with others. In relationship therapy we will work to understand the background of attachment styles and how that is playing a role in your present relationship.
Fortitude Mental Health focuses on Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to uncover the root of attachment styles, relationship feedback, and emotions to better understand one another while fostering a comfortable and safe environment for vulnerability. Often times, relationships become stuck in a familiar pattern that is difficult to adjust to receive a desired outcome. With the help of Fortitude Mental Health, we can help open the mind and rediscover healthy relationship feedback that will foster more secure connection within the relationship itself.
